How to Reach Us.
For Building Emergencies:
| For broken glass, leaks, elevator, water, heat, and air conditioning issues, from 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M: | Call the Engineer or Janitor at (773) 334-0883. |
| After hours (4:30 P.M. to 10:00 P.M.), or if you can't reach the Engineer or Janitor and your problem needs immediate attention: | Call the building cell phone, (773) 895-9605. The Engineer or his designate will answer. |
| If that doesn't work: | Call Legum & Norman at (312) 944-2611. The phone is answered 24 hours a day. Dialing "001" on the Entraguard system in the lobby will also dial Legum & Norman. |
| In case of fire: | Call 911 and evacuate your apartment if possible. Then, if it is safe to do so, use the Entraguard phone in the lobby to notify the Engineer and Management. |
For Regular Maintainence Issues:
Call the Building Engineer at (773) 334-0883, Monday through Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. (You can also send an e-mail, but the phone is usually faster.)
