About The Units.

Unit Amenities:

• Wall-to-wall windows in most rooms; 2 and 3-bedroom units even have wall-to-wall windows in the kitchen.
• Each group of two or three windows has a sliding pane which can be fully opened for ventilation. All windows and sliding glass doors are equipped with screens.
• All units have expansive balconies accessible from the living room; 2-bedroom balconies are also accessible from the master bedroom.
• 2-bedroom units have two full baths; 1-bedroom units have 1 ½ baths; studios have one bath.
• Master bathrooms in 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units are combined with an adjacent dressing area. (Note: some unit owners may have modified this configuration.)
• Heat and air conditioning are provided through a system of forced air convectors, which provide both heat and air conditioning, depending on the season, and passive radiators (for heat only). Residents can control the amount of heat or air conditioning they receive by turning the convectors on or off. Most units have been retrofitted with thermostats, which make this automatic.
• The Association is currently in the midst of a multi-year program to replace all heating and cooling riser pipes and associated convectors. This proactive program is intended to guarantee trouble-free heating and cooling performance for the next 30 to 40 years.
• Heat, air conditioning, and hot water are included in assessments.
• Comcast “expanded basic” cable is included in assessments; residents can purchase additional services from Comcast if desired. (At present, however, "On Demand" services and cable Internet and phone service are not available.)
• New, energy-saving double-paned windows and sliding glass doors in all units.
